Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the lifecycle of assigned product(s). You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives.

You will conduct market and user research, help manage product documentation and performance tracking, and participate in client implementations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communication materials in line with brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
