Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team in a remote US-based role. The person will support the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned products, translating business goals into actionable initiatives and contributing to strategy with research and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), about one year in product-related work, and experience or interest in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in product management, development, or related areas.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Participation in compliance program objectives and cooperative work behavior essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communications per brand/regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and provide internal stakeholder support.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
