Job summary

TEECOM is seeking an Associate Principal to lead mid-sized, multi-discipline projects with growing independence. You will guide programs from planning through closeout, ensure quality and constructability, and mentor Designers and engineers while expanding TEECOM’s standards and workflows.

You will apply strong engineering judgment, manage scope/schedule/budget, and foster client relationships. Expect active involvement in training, knowledge sharing, and pursuing business opportunities within

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 6+ years in AEC or related professional services with discipline-specific capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design reviews that reinforce TEECOM standards and coordinate discipline designs.
• Mentor Designers and engineers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain clear documentation across GitHub and project tools.
• Develop client relationships and support pursuits.
• Contribute to discipline standards, workflows, and tools.
