Job summary

Welltower is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee multiple senior housing capital projects in the Midwest. This remote role travels frequently and requires presence at on-site project sites as needed.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and report project status to internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ related work experience in real estate/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Real Estate or Construction-related field.
• Knowledge of real estate construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple senior housing capital projects in Midwest; coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Manage 3–5 projects concurrently; monitor schedules and budget.
• Review safety procedures and ensure site compliance and quality.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Close-out project documents and maintain files for audit.
