Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate mission-critical programs for clients. You will design detailed project plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive delivery of measurable outcomes with a focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SCRUM or Project Management experience.
• Basic IT knowledge (Architectural).
• Strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Projects: Build detailed plans, define scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead and Align Teams: Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Monitor and Deliver Outcomes: Track progress, manage budgets and SLAs.
• Communicate and Influence: Be primary contact for updates and decisions.
• Build Partnerships: Strengthen customer relationships and foster collaboration.
