Job summary
Progressive is seeking an Associate Manager of Legal Systems to lead people, portfolio delivery, and operational support behind the Corporate Legal systems. You will manage and develop consultants, guide complex work, and collaborate with Legal leadership, IT, and vendors to ensure aligned strategy and successful delivery.
This remote role requires occasional travel to Cleveland, OH for meetings and training, with broad responsibilities spanning portfolio strategy, budgeting, and governance
Qualifications
- Eight+ years in business systems (e.g., systems integration, project management, testing, security, requirements).
- Bachelor's degree or higher with five+ years in business systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead people, portfolio delivery, and operational support for Corporate Legal systems.
- Manage portfolio and budget day-to-day with standard models and best practices.
- Partner with Legal Systems leadership on strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Navigate escalations, guide complex work, and lead initiatives across vendors and IT.
- Collaborate with Corporate Legal, Legal Operations, and Legal IT to align delivery.
