Progressive seeks a senior legal support specialist to join the House Counsel team. The role involves generating and filing pleadings, data entry, and managing complex legal documents and subpoenas.

You will coordinate meetings, depositions, and other appointments, while handling highly confidential information with discretion. The position is hybrid-remote with some in-office requirements, and candidates must reside near Riverview, FL.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED with at least 3 years of admin experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a House Counsel or legal office environment preferred.

• Generate and file standard form pleadings and correspondence.
• Perform data entry and create document review requests.
• Manage contact cards and coordinate legal documents.
• Schedule depositions, client meetings, and other key appointments.
• Collect, organize and manage advanced legal documents including subpoenas and records requests.
