Job summary

RFG Advisory is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to lead outbound prospecting in wealth management. You will own a defined book of campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support the National Director through the full sales cycle, working remotely with occasional hybrid options.

You bring proven financial services experience, strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred), and the ability to collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize campaigns and drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound sales or business development in financial services.
• Strong familiarity with broker-dealers, RIAs and distribution channels.
• Proven track record with high-volume prospecting and cold calling.
• CRM experience; HubSpot is a plus; able to manage a full book of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for defined campaigns.
• Source and qualify five qualified leads per month from outbound effort or marketing leads.
• Coordinate with National Director on pull-through and deal movement.
• Maintain HubSpot records; provide weekly reviews with metrics and actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize outreach and campaigns.
