RFG Advisory is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in wealth management. You will own a defined book of campaigns, source and qualify five leads per month, and support pull-through with the National Director.

In a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with marketing and RevOps, leverage HubSpot and AssetLink, and drive revenue through advisory channels while advancing toward a National Director role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outbound sales or business development within financial services.
• Familiarity with broker-dealers, RIAs, and wealth management channels.
• Proven track record with high-volume prospecting and cold calling.
• CRM management experience, HubSpot a plus.

Responsabilités

• Run proactive, high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling for a defined campaign book.
• Source and qualify a minimum of five qualified leads per month.
• Assist with pull-through on deals with the National Director and coordinate follow-through.
• Maintain clean HubSpot records and report on pipeline and activity.
