Job summary

Advisor Business Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations (Remote) to oversee RIA workflows, technology, and back‑office processes, collaborating with the lead wealth advisor and staff. The role requires executive communication and strong leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, money movement, account transfers, and compliance across Schwab, Orion, and Wealthbox while driving scalable operations for UHNW/HNW clients.

Qualifications

• Polished communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in wealth management and financial services—UHNW/HNW a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflows, systems and procedures for RIA operations.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements for scalable growth.
• Lead back-office operations including onboarding, money movement and transfers.
• Ensure data integrity in Wealthbox CRM and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Schwab custodian to ensure accurate procedures.
• Drive technology efficiency and integration across platforms.
