Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; alternative: high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare/science fields.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management or managed care.
• Ability to build relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Demonstrated financial acumen to communicate value propositions and negotiate.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key accounts in Urology and Oncology; collaborate with internal teams to align brand strategy with customer needs.
• Utilize internal data to understand account performance and identify engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate across local account teams to ensure contract pull-through and address terms.
• Travel approximately 50% to meet with customers and stakeholders.
