The candidate will analyze account performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive contract pull-through while navigating healthcare dynamics and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with healthcare/pharma exposure.
• 2+ years in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management or managed care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~50% and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Urology-Oncology Key Accounts in the West region, coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide disease and product information to key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Develop and pull-through longitudinal account plans and resources.
• Align brand strategy with customer needs to improve patient outcomes.
