Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Urology - Oncology Key Accounts to lead major community urology group practices across the West geography, including CA, OR, WA, and more. You will drive strategy, engage senior stakeholders, and optimize access to our oncology portfolio.

The role requires strong relationship-building, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership with ~50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years in professional sales/healthcare/biotech with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare, life sciences, sales or account management.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts in the West region with strategic planning and engagement.
• Provide disease/product information to key decision makers and stakeholders.
