You will guide AR OE to ensure reliability, availability, and health of critical applications and platforms. You will manage teams responsible for proactive application and platform support, cloud infrastructure, and vendor-backed services, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Operations, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience collaborating with technical leads and cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and service reliability.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead AROE application and platform operations to ensure reliable, resilient production services.
• Champion SRE principles and practices, including observability, automation, resiliency, and toil reduction.
• Drive OpEx through proactive service health management and incident handling, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Establish a proactive support posture, identifying performance degradation and reliability gaps before business impact.
• Provide operational leadership across digital, enrollment, health, data, contact center, cloud, and BPO/vendor platforms.
