Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Compliance to oversee compliance for sales operations, aligning with federal/state regulations and internal policies. You will partner with sales, legal, compliance, and external agencies to foster a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in compliance, strong CMS/Medicare/HIPAA knowledge, and 2+ years of leadership. Remote work with occasional travel, 40 hours/week, and a base pay range noted below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance for sales channels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to sales monitoring and oversight activities.
• Lead compliance efforts designed to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts.
