Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Compliance to oversee compliance activities across sales operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements while partnering with sales, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

The role leads governance for sales channels, develops policies and controls, and drives proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in compliance.
• Extensive CMS/Medicare/HIPAA knowledge.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern sales compliance across channels.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and controls for sales monitoring.
• Lead proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operations to address compliance concerns.
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare leadership reports on compliance performance and risk mitigation.
