Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Compliance to oversee compliance activities for marketing and sales operations, ensuring adherence to CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and related rules. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Marketing and Operations to establish policies and controls that reduce risk and drive compliant performance.

You will lead teams, monitor regulatory changes, and communicate impacts to leadership while promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance for marketing and sales operations.
• Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead monitoring to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to address concerns and implement actions.
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for leadership on compliance performance and risk mitigation.
