Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director to lead the Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Sales Compliance function.

The role drives the development, implementation, and oversight of sales compliance programs across federal and state regulations to enable growth while safeguarding regulatory adherence. The role oversees agent and agency compliance oversight, collaborates with executive leadership, operations, legal, carrier partners, and regulators, and leads investigations and corrective actions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in leadership roles within compliance, regulatory affairs, healthcare, insurance or financial services.
Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead IFG's sales compliance strategy and governance programs.
Oversee agent and agency monitoring, auditing, and regulatory adherence.
Serve as liaison between IFG, carrier partners, and regulatory agencies.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for compliant sales operations.
Lead investigations and direct corrective actions when issues are identified.
Escalate compliance concerns internally and externally as appropriate.
