Job summary

World Education Services (WES) is hiring an Associate Director of Business Development & Marketing Operations for a remote, nationwide role in the United States. The position reports to the Senior Director and oversees Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Project Management functions to optimize processes and drive growth.

Responsibilities include leading Salesforce and marketing tech initiatives, developing governance models, and aligning cross-functional teams to executable plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing Salesforce CRM and reporting environments.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and system integrations.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence decisions across organization.
• Detail-oriented with focus on operational excellence and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue operations vision and roadmap with senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product, IT, and operations.
• Oversee Salesforce and marketing tech adoption and governance.
• Build dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Coach and develop a team of three direct reports.
