Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy to establish vision and governance for PSP supporting an individualized cancer therapy. You will drive enrollment, affordability services, case management, and multi-stakeholder execution to enhance patient access and experience.

Lead cross-functional teams with internal and external partners to implement compliant, scalable programs. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and oncology market knowledge.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech with patient services, access, reimbursement or hub strategy experience.
• Experience designing, implementing and optimizing patient support programs and hub services.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient enrollment.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes for patient services programs.
• Partner with vendors to translate strategy into operational execution and governance.
