Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy to lead the vision and governance of the PSP for an individualized cancer therapy. You will shape hub services, enrollment workflows, affordability programs, and case management to optimize patient access and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with patient services, patient access, reimbursement support, affordability programs, or hub strategy.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing patient support programs, hub services, affordability solutions, or patient access capabilities.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, buy-and-bill, PHI/privacy, and complex data management considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities including benefits investigation, case management, and affordability services.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes to support participation in patient services programs and data collection.
• Partner with vendors to translate strategy into operational execution with aligned patient experience.
