Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling to lead planning and scheduling for strategic client projects in life sciences and pharmaceuticals. This remote-US role partners with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage master schedules and drive project delivery.

The position also exposes you to data center and mission-critical programs, combining technical scheduling with client relationship management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors; data center or mission-critical experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in P6 and PowerBI; owns master project schedules from start to finish.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key account manager for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients.
• Develop new client relationships and manage repeat project engagements.
• Oversee strategic client projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Apply scheduling expertise to support contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead the team to support performance and growth.
• Deliver high-quality results and strong client value.
