Ultipro is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to support the Director of Operations in managing a designated portfolio of communities. The role focuses on property operations, financial performance, client relations, and team leadership in a multifamily setting.

Candidates should have 5+ years in property management, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong leadership and analytical skills, and experience with property management software and financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in property management with a focus on property operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of communities.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, marketing, and business plans.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly financial performance and ensure accurate reporting to clients.
• Assist in onboarding of new Portfolio Managers, including mentorship.
• Implement and adjust sales, leasing, and operational plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and proactively adjust to changing conditions.
• Assist in resident retention programs and ensuring policy compliance.
• Mentor direct reports and participate in performance reviews.
