Ultipro seeks a Community Manager to protect and enhance the value of our residential community while ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents. You will direct daily operations across maintenance, marketing, leasing, safety, and upkeep, and lead on-site staff to meet financial and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills, with a focus on resident relations and compliance.

Formación

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for resident and team interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Protect, maintain, and enhance community value while maximizing residents' living experience.
• Direct day-to-day activities of maintenance, marketing, leasing, safety, and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain accurate community files and input lease data into management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and invoices for goods/services.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff, office team, and leasing personnel.
• Manage resident relations including repairs, rent charges, and lease issues.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team participation.
