Job summary

Rose Associates, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Multifamily Operations to drive portfolio performance, lead high-performing teams, and optimize financial reporting across a diverse residential portfolio.

You will partner with property managers, oversee budgets and owner reporting, and align operations with strategic initiatives while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• At least 10 years of residential property management experience, incl. 7+ years in a senior role.
• Experience managing or supporting affordable housing communities.
• Strong financial accounting knowledge including GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and financial performance across portfolios.
• Lead and develop property management teams, ensuring staff training and milestones.
• Review leasing activity, occupancy trends, and retention programs.
• Coordinate with marketing to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
