Job summary

Humana, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Contract Management to lead a team of Contract Managers responsible for negotiation, execution, governance, and lifecycle management of supplier agreements.

This role partners with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and maximal business value. The Associate Director will focus on talent development, scalable processes, and technology enablement while ensuring contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing, legal operations, supplier management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Contract Management function within Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve contract cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive contract lifecycle management with technology enablement, process redesign, automation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, legal counsel, sourcing professionals, and supplier management teams.
