Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Contract Management to lead a team of Contract Managers responsible for negotiation, execution, governance, and lifecycle management of supplier agreements across the enterprise.

You will drive process improvements, leverage technology to enhance productivity, and align contract strategies with enterprise priorities while mitigating risk and maximizing business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing, legal operations, supplier management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Contract Management function within Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve contract cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive contract lifecycle management through technology, process redesign, automation, and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Procurement leadership to establish long-term operating models and resource strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, legal counsel, sourcing professionals, and supplier management teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor contractual obligations and supplier commitments.
