Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Contract Management to lead a team of contract managers and drive end-to-end lifecycle governance across supplier agreements, aligning with enterprise objectives.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk, implement scalable processes, leverage contract technology, and coach leaders to deliver value while mitigating risk. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and involves occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing, legal operations, supplier management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading diverse teams and effectively navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Contract Management function within Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve contract cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive enterprise transformation efforts, including contract lifecycle management technologies, process redesign, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Procurement leadership to establish long-term operating models and resource strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contract Managers and supporting resources.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Humana's values and leadership expectations.
