Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Contract Management to lead a team of Contract Managers and drive end-to-end contract lifecycle governance across the enterprise. This role partners with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, and business stakeholders to maximize value while mitigating risk.

The position requires building scalable processes, leveraging technology, and delivering data-driven decisions, with remote work within the United States and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing, legal operations, supplier management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Contract Management function within Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve contract cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contract Managers and supporting resources.
• Provide oversight of complex supplier agreements from intake through execution and governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning contract strategies with enterprise objectives.
