Job summary

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive value, mitigate risk, and scale contract management through process improvement and technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing, legal operations, supplier management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Contract Management function within Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management. Drive enterprise transformation efforts, including contract lifecycle management technologies, process redesign, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contract Managers and supporting resources. Establish performance expectations and career pathways.
• Provide oversight of complex supplier agreements from intake through execution and governance, ensuring use of standards, templates, and negotiation strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, legal counsel, sourcing professionals, and supplier management teams to align strategies with enterprise objectives.
• Establish governance, monitor obligations, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Establish KPIs and leverage analytics and technology to improve visibility and decision making.
