Job summary

Qualifications

4+ years of provider relations experience.
3+ years with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of strategic network initiatives and programs that support customer business objectives.
Analyze provider network performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and provider experience enhancement.
Collaborate with contracting, relations, operations, regulatory, clinical, and market leadership teams to execute client-specific network strategies.
Lead implementation on client-specific network mandates, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with clients.
Direct cross-functional projects, including benefit expansions, value-based care initiatives, and network transformation efforts.
Monitor market trends, provide governance and reporting to leadership.
