Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of demographic systems and claims platforms.
• Knowledge of reporting/workflow systems (e.g., ChartFinder, InSite, Salesforce).
• Understanding contracting strategies for provider networks.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulations and risk adjustment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review provider networks and performance data to determine program impact.
• Develop, implement, and manage network programs and contracts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure standards and compliance.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support data integrity and risk adjustment initiatives.
