Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing provider networks across Medicaid/Medicare programs.
• Ability to design and execute provider engagement strategies.
• Proven track record influencing cross‑functional teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider complaints and resolution processes with regulators and providers.
• Partner with providers to identify improvement opportunities and gather feedback.
• Lead meetings with provider groups, network contracting, and related teams.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for the Idaho network and collaborate with tech/ops teams.
• Monitor provider experience metrics and drive NPS improvements.
