Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Communications/Publications within pharma or biotech.
• Experience supporting publication planning and execution for global or regional programs.
• CNS or related therapeutic area experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and execution of CNS publication plans aligning with medical strategy and data dissemination priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define publication timelines and strategies for congresses and journals.
• Lead end-to-end development of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendors and medical writers, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and budget tracking.
