Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) for the CNS portfolio.

This field-based role develops ecosystem strategy, engages with KIs, LPLs, and providers, and delivers clinical and economic information to improve patient care within local ecosystems. Responsibilities include training, data sharing, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to support product education and real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD in life sciences or PharmD; CNS experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical medical affairs or related role.
• Strong understanding of health systems, patient care, and KDMs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute a clinical and scientific perspective to the local execution plan and field activities.
• Build and cultivate relationships with key scientific and medical customers and organizations within the territory.
• Develop deep understanding of the ecosystem to align with patient-centric strategy and priorities.
• Provide evidence-based information on clinical, economic, and humanistic value; engage stakeholders locally.
• Collaborate with matrix teams to shape local medical strategies and timelines.
• Support safety, training, and field medical center of excellence activities.
