Job summary

BridgeBio seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations to drive infrastructure, budgeting, and day-to-day execution for Medical Affairs. You will manage congress tactics, vendor relationships, and POs while partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Field Medical.

The role reports to the Senior Director and requires hands-on execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with travel to congresses and meetings. Strong collaboration and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs operations or similar
• Experience with congress/meeting management and budgeting
• Contracting lifecycle and PO management experience
• Strong compliance and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support congress strategy and tactical plan development
• Oversee end-to-end congress operations and logistics
• Manage annual budget planning, forecasting and variances
• Handle contracting lifecycle, scope of work and vendor onboarding
• Maintain PO status, invoicing, and spend transparency
• Develop tools and dashboards for operational excellence
• Provide executive support and cross-functional updates
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and policy
