BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations to drive the MAF plan execution by coordinating budgets, contracts, and cross-functional teams. The role interfaces with budget, contracting, and procurement to ensure timely, compliant execution of advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, and congress activities.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Medical Affairs operations, strong project management, and experience with regulatory submissions, vendor management, and logistics

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs operations or related roles.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and vendor or contract administration.
• Hands-on in advisory boards, sponsorships, grants, or contracted services.
• Proven congress or large-meeting logistics experience.
• Experience supporting medical/regulatory submissions.
• Strong project management with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Knowledge of PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, and OIG guidance.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Medical Affairs liaison to budgets, contracting, and procurement.
• Own contract workflow for advisory boards including execution and close-out with vendors.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly MAF planning cycles, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain the master MAF activity calendar and sponsorship deadlines.
• Oversee congress logistics: rooms, badges, and vendor coordination.
• Support MLR submissions by compiling materials and tracking status.
• Collaborate with scientific communications on booth materials delivery.
