BridgeBio Pharma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations to lead the infrastructure, budgeting, and day-to-day execution that keeps the medical organization aligned with its scientific strategy.

You will support congress tactics, manage contracting and purchase orders, and drive vendor relationships in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Senior Director of Medical Affairs Operations and Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical Medical Affairs or similar operations.
• Experience with contracting processes and purchase order systems (Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle).

Responsabilités

• Support the annual budget planning, forecasting, and quarterly reforecast for Medical Affairs.
• Track actuals, accruals, and variances; provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Manage the contracting lifecycle for Medical Affairs engagements.
• Open, manage, and close purchase orders; resolve invoicing issues.
• Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and SOPs for Medical Affairs operations.
• Provide executive and cross-functional support including materials for leadership reviews.
