Job summary

The Jackson Laboratory is seeking an Associate Director of Continuous Improvement to set the multi-year Lean strategy for JMCRS Operations and lead a distributed team of CI professionals across Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, Sacramento, and Gainesville. Expect up to 50% domestic travel as the role partners with site leaders to drive value and transform operations.

Remote role with on-site team at US sites; compensation range is $121,924 - $176,790 based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field is required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience counts.
• Experience with Lean tools and leading improvement events across environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the CI program across JMCRS Operations.
• Coach teams on Kaizen and Lean tools; drive improvements.
• Lead and track cross-site improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, and cost.
