Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an operational excellence program across JMCRS Operations.
• Coach team members on Kaizen and core Lean tools.
• Manage Kaizen funnel and sustainment to institutionalize improvements.
• Lead initiatives to lift safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with JMCRS Managers to define scope, goals, timelines, and plans.
• Provide leadership and development for a distributed team.
• Model change management practices across sites.
• Prepare analyses, flow charts, and reports per project specs.
• Collect and organize data to evaluate operational processes.
