EAB is seeking an Associate Director, Research Advisory Services to provide strategic guidance to higher education clients. The role emphasizes terrain mastery, data-driven storytelling, and executive communication to drive transformational outcomes.

Travel up to 40-50% with a mix of in-person and virtual engagements, and opportunities to work remotely within the continental United States. The base salary range is competitive for the market and location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience working with client executives at colleges/universities or as a consultant/advisor.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to create compelling narratives through data.

Responsabilidades

• Terrain Mastery: develop expertise across research terrains and translate insights for partners.
• Content Delivery: diagnose problems, guide decisions, and present EAB viewpoints via calls, meetings, and on-campus events.
• Customer Success: collaborate with client success to deliver scalable partner services and support new business.
