For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director-Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote leadership role will oversee global master data management engineering and operations, with responsibility for the data landscape that supports enterprise-wide decision-making and process consistency. The position will guide a team, shape MDM strategy, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve systems, metrics, and execution across key data domains. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding, people leadership, and strong project discipline to drive operational improvements and support business needs in a regulated healthcare environment.

They will also work cross-functionally to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate issues or opportunities to senior leadership. The role requires balancing hands-on oversight of MDM platforms and testing strategy with the ability to influence processes, mentor associates, and help advance the company’s broader data management capabilities.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,000 – $212,750 annually
