Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, FRM experience preferred.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in market access, community access or community services.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 60%.

Responsibilities

• Access Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing community access to the company's products and therapies.
• Access Expertise: Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements, collaborating with internal teams to navigate complex access challenges.
• Compliance: Ensure all access and reimbursement activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare provider offices, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to address access issues and streamline pathways.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies for optimal community access.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to assess efficiency of access and reimbursement processes and identify improvements.
• Community Support Programs: Manage community support programs, such as financial assistance initiatives.
• Policy and Market Analysis: Stay updated on policy changes impacting reimbursement and access.
