• PMP training or certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of integrated Annual Medical Plans (AMP) for Neurology with value mapping.
• Synthesize data into executive reports, dashboards and leadership briefs.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and mitigate systemic risks.
• Lead organizational change within Medical Affairs and ensure alignment.
• Govern and monitor medical asset team governance and vendor management.
