Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in economics, statistics, applied math, business analytics, psychology, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in causal inference evaluations balancing rigor, feasibility, speed, and business relevance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytic or measurement plans.
• Strong executive communication skills for synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
