Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in economics, statistics, applied math, business analytics, psychology, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in causal inference evaluations driving rigorous yet business-aligned insights.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytic or measurement plans for decisions.
• Strong executive communication and ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading or developing teams with a focus on impact and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of rigorous measurement strategies for pilots, programs, and enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align study designs, data requirements, and reporting approaches.
• Develop scalable approaches to evaluate intervention effectiveness and translate analytics into guidance for leaders.
• Monitor pilot execution and synthesize results into recommendations on scaling, refining, or discontinuing interventions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to produce measurable, scalable outputs.
