Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Behavioral Economics to lead high-priority analytic and behavioral insights work that improves outcomes and enterprise decision-making.

You will translate business priorities into rigorous measurement strategies and scalable decision frameworks while mentoring a team and partnering with cross-enterprise stakeholders. This remote role may include travel for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in economics, statistics, applied math, business analytics, psychology, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in causal inference evaluations and driving judgment by balancing rigor, feasibility, speed, and business relevance.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of rigorous measurement strategies for pilots, programs and initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align study designs, data requirements, and reporting.
• Develop scalable approaches to evaluate intervention effectiveness and guide senior leadership.
