Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies seeks an Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) for the NPSCVis team. This remote, field-based role covers West Texas, including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Lubbock, TX, requiring residency within the territory.

You will educate providers on access programs, support product strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable patient access in complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or biological sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with patient services, market access, sales, or account management.
• Experience with complex practices or health systems to establish access pathways.
• Strategic account management to anticipate access hurdles.

Responsibilities

• Interact with large accounts to support patient access and provide education to providers and staff.
• Collaborate with executives, billing staff, and revenue cycle management to enable access.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and advise on payer questions at the provider level.
• Support local coverage decisions and communicate policy changes affecting departments.
• Maintain expertise in regional access landscape and act as reimbursement expert.
