Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies is seeking an Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) for the NPSCVis. This remote and field-based role covers West Texas, with travel expected to San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Lubbock, within a 60‑mile commuting distance of the territory border.

The ADAR will educate accounts on access programs, collaborate with executives and staff on patient access workflows, analyze payer questions, and support local coverage decisions in alignment with product

Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, or account management.
• Experience with complex health systems to establish access and acquisition pathways.
• Knowledge of reimbursement pathways including buy‑and‑bill and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Educate accounts on access and reimbursement topics; support product strategy.
• Interact with executives and staff to support patient access and workflows.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and advise on third-party payer questions.
• Support local coverage decisions and communicate policy changes.
• Maintain expertise on regional access landscape and share insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs.
• Educate HCPs on acquisition pathways, buy‑and‑bill, and alternative sites of care.
