Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies is seeking an Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) in a remote/field-based capacity serving Minneapolis, MN and surrounding areas. You will lead payer education, drive access strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product access across complex accounts.

The role requires deep payer knowledge, strong account management, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech focusing on Patient Services, Market Access, Sales or account management; 2+ years in Patient Services for a specialty product.
• Experience with complex health systems to establish access pathways.
• Knowledge of reimbursement pathways (specialty, buy-and-bill, retail).

Responsibilities

• Interact with large, complex accounts to support patient access and educate providers on programs and workflows.
• Collaborate with NPC cross-functional teams to share insights on customer needs and barriers.
• Educate HCPs on buy-and-bill end-to-end processes and facility pull-through in complex accounts.
